Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong phone presence — you’re comfortable talking to people and building trust quickly.
  • Coachable mindset — willing to follow a proven script and system.
  • Consistent and disciplined — you show up, make the calls, and hit your numbers.
  • Organized — able to manage follow-ups, callbacks, and a busy schedule.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work (for remote setters).
  • Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus — but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Call provided warm leads (no cold calling from scratch) to introduce our client’s Insurance Group and our services.
  • Qualify prospects by gathering basic information about their insurance needs and eligibility.
  • Schedule appointments for licensed agents — by phone, video call, or in person.
  • Follow up with prospects who didn’t answer or need more time before committing.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with agents daily to ensure a smooth handoff and high show rates.
  • Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
