REQUIREMENTS
- Strong phone presence — you’re comfortable talking to people and building trust quickly.
- Coachable mindset — willing to follow a proven script and system.
- Consistent and disciplined — you show up, make the calls, and hit your numbers.
- Organized — able to manage follow-ups, callbacks, and a busy schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to work (for remote setters).
- Prior experience in phone sales, customer service, or appointment setting is a plus — but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call provided warm leads (no cold calling from scratch) to introduce our client’s Insurance Group and our services.
- Qualify prospects by gathering basic information about their insurance needs and eligibility.
- Schedule appointments for licensed agents — by phone, video call, or in person.
- Follow up with prospects who didn’t answer or need more time before committing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with agents daily to ensure a smooth handoff and high show rates.
- Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets.
