REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in call center roles, customer service, or sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and familiarity with data entry tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling with confidence while maintaining professionalism and courtesy.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail when scheduling appointments and managing client information.
• Technical proficiency in using computer systems, phone communication tools, and CRM software for efficient workflow management.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Strong typing skills for quick data entry; familiarity with cash handling is advantageous but not mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using professional phone etiquette to introduce our services and generate interest.
• Engage in active listening to understand client needs and provide clear, concise information about appointment options.
• Schedule appointments accurately within our scheduling system, ensuring all client details are correctly entered and maintained.
• Follow up with clients as needed to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including call notes, appointment outcomes, and client preferences using Microsoft Office tools or CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to optimize appointment flow and improve overall client engagement strategies.
