REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in sales, customer support, or call center roles with excellent phone communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
• Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling campaigns with confidence, professionalism, and persistence.
• Excellent written communication skills for follow-up emails and client correspondence.
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, including typing speed and familiarity with call center technology.
• Customer service problem-solving skills combined with a friendly demeanor that fosters trust and rapport.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette to generate interest in our services.
• Engage with customers in multiple languages, providing clear information and answering questions effectively.
• Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all client details are correctly entered and maintained.
• Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and gather additional client information as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Maintain organized records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions through diligent data entry and documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
