Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Highly responsive and dependable
  • Coachable with strong follow-through
  • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot or similar)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contact prospective students through phone, text, and email
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Admissions Advisors
  • Build rapport and create a positive first impression
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals
  • Work collaboratively with the admissions team
