Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Highly responsive and dependable
- Coachable with strong follow-through
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot or similar)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contact prospective students through phone, text, and email
- Schedule qualified appointments for Admissions Advisors
- Build rapport and create a positive first impression
- Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Work collaboratively with the admissions team
