Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus; fluency in English is required, with additional languages highly desirable
  • Strong sales aptitude with a passion for engaging customers and closing appointments
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette, active listening, and clear articulation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; comfortable with computer use and data entry tasks
  • Experience in outbound calling or call center environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
  • Good analysis skills to identify promising leads and prioritize outreach efforts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times
  • Engage prospects with enthusiasm, clearly explaining services and benefits to generate interest
  • Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing client needs to determine appointment suitability
  • Schedule appointments accurately within our calendar system, confirming details with clients to ensure attendance
  • Follow up with leads via phone or email to nurture relationships and maximize appointment attendance
  • Maintain detailed records of all calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments using data entry tools
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent messaging
