Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse audiences
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of clients
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools is advantageous
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in customer support or client services is beneficial but not mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
  • Engage prospects with compelling conversations to understand their needs and interest levels
  • Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all details are clear and complete
  • Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, including call notes, appointment outcomes, and client preferences
  • Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
  • Utilize data entry skills to update client information promptly and accurately in company databases
