Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or call center roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse audiences
- Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to connect with a broader range of clients
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly and professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel; familiarity with CRM or scheduling tools is advantageous
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is beneficial but not mandatory
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a professional and friendly phone etiquette
- Engage prospects with compelling conversations to understand their needs and interest levels
- Schedule appointments accurately within our CRM or scheduling software, ensuring all details are clear and complete
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer any preliminary questions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, including call notes, appointment outcomes, and client preferences
- Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Utilize data entry skills to update client information promptly and accurately in company databases
