Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
- Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately input applicant data and submit eVisa requests using provided systems and instructions.
- Ensure each request is completed in compliance with country-specific requirements.
- Provide timely and professional support to applicants, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to their eVisa application.
- Maintain clear and polite communication with customers throughout the process.
- Keep detailed records of assigned eVisa requests and completed applications.
- Submit a weekly bounty report every Friday, listing completed eVisa requests for payment.
