Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
  • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accurately input applicant data and submit eVisa requests using provided systems and instructions.
  • Ensure each request is completed in compliance with country-specific requirements.
  • Provide timely and professional support to applicants, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to their eVisa application.
  • Maintain clear and polite communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Keep detailed records of assigned eVisa requests and completed applications.
  • Submit a weekly bounty report every Friday, listing completed eVisa requests for payment.
