Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ Years previously managing Seller Central accounts for US, CA & MX brands.
  • Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
  • Clear and professional English speech—you will communicate with clients via calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Strong mindset and resilience—comfortable handling complex client communications.
  • Coachable attitude and willingness to improve.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, camera, headset, and a quiet workspace.

Preferred

  • 2+ Years previously employed directly by Amazon as a Seller Support Specialist.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Slack, Asana, OpenPhone (Quo), Google Workspace (Meet, Drive, Calendar),Gemini, and WhatsApp.
  • Previous experience as an Amazon seller.
  • External monitor setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Writing high-quality, detailed Plans of Action (POAs) and appealing FBA/FBM Account Suspensions.
  • Monitoring performance notifications and resolving account violations.
  • Fixing suppressed or blocked listings.
  • Managing Brand Reinstatements and Brand Approvals
  • Handling customer chargebacks, A to Z claims, inbound customer messages, voice of the customer and responding to negative feedback.
  • Managing storage increases
