Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Airbnb hosting or property management experience is a major plus
  • Reliable internet access and a smartphone
  • Ability to respond to guest messages in a timely manner (evenings/weekends may be required)
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for creating 5-star experiences
  • Bonus: Knowledge of short-term rental tools like Hospitable, PriceLabs, Smartbnb, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly via the Airbnb platform (and other booking sites if applicable)
  • Manage bookings, calendar availability, and guest communication
  • Coordinate cleaning and turnovers with local cleaning staff
  • Monitor and maintain Superhost status through guest satisfaction
  • Address guest issues or concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Adjust pricing or descriptions as needed to remain competitive
  • Ensure property listing details are accurate and up to date
  • Monitor guest reviews and implement improvements where necessary
