AI Software Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-7 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in an AI-native software company.
• Strong fundamentals in TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, and Postgres.
• Proven experience in a product that has scaled or in an environment of engineering excellence.

Preferred

• Familiarity with NestJS, Next.js, Python, and experience with LLMs or ML.
• AWS familiarity and DevOps experience (CI/CD; exposure to containers/orchestration like Rancher/Kubernetes).
• Evidence of end-to-end delivery through startups, side projects, or shipping meaningful features.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with a senior-heavy tech team to develop and ship product features.
• Take features from problem to production, ensuring quality and making product decisions.
• Work in a lean startup environment, thriving in ambiguity and proactively solving challenges.
• Communicate effectively with engineering, product teams, and customers.
