Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally in adviser support or financial planning
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Clear and polished written and verbal communication skills
  • Professionalism when interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process applications for pensions, savings, and insurance cases
  • Manage and chase the new business pipeline to ensure efficient completion
  • Liaise with providers, trustees, and pension schemes
  • Handle policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Communicate with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence
  • Update internal systems including Plume and Salesforce to maintain compliant records
  • Manage incoming provider correspondence and maintain organized workflows
