Adviser Support Executive
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally in adviser support or financial planning
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Clear and polished written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism when interacting with clients and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with technology and a willingness to learn new systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process applications for pensions, savings, and insurance cases
- Manage and chase the new business pipeline to ensure efficient completion
- Liaise with providers, trustees, and pension schemes
- Handle policy servicing including valuations, withdrawals, and transfers
- Communicate with clients and advisers via email, phone, and written correspondence
- Update internal systems including Plume and Salesforce to maintain compliant records
- Manage incoming provider correspondence and maintain organized workflows
