REQUIREMENTS

• Experienced: 2–5 years of experience within the education sector (Schools, Home Tuitions, or Admissions).
• Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of international education systems and admission protocols.
• Communicator: Exceptional English communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, Zoom, and WhatsApp Business.
• Driven: Self-motivated to work independently and hit targets in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Expert Student Counselling

• Provide high-level guidance on program selection, ensuring alignment with a student’s academic background and career aspirations.
• Offer in-depth insights into study-abroad programs for major international destinations.

2. End-to-End Application Management

• Manage the documentation process with precision, ensuring all applications meet institutional standards.
• Follow up diligently with students to ensure timely submission of requirements.

3. Lead Management & Conversion

• Actively engage with incoming leads across multiple channels (WhatsApp, Zoom, and Calls).
• Drive enrollment numbers by maintaining high conversion rates and meeting monthly targets.
