Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous administrative, medical office, or billing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems (email, scheduling tools, EMR preferred but not required)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
  • Assist with billing-related tasks and documentation
  • Support patient/client intake coordination processes
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs as required
