REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Good understanding of sales support, administrative coordination, and operational processes.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling invoicing, reconciliations, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
- You will ideally have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, along with prior experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience within the automotive industry will be an advantage, particularly if you have worked with sales processes, invoices, reconciliation support, or system testing activities in a dynamic business setting.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and business systems such as SAP, CRM platforms, or similar tools.
RESPONSIBILTIES
- As an Administrative Executive, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day automotive operations and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing a mix of sales support, administration, system coordination, and operational follow-up in a fast-paced environment.What you will do
- Support sales operations through discount maintenance, lease deal coordination, and resolution of invoicing discrepancies.
- Assist with account reconciliation and collections-related follow-up to support accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in UAT activities for systems and process enhancements, including identifying issues and coordinating timely resolution.
- Respond to day-to-day operational and administrative requests from internal stakeholders across departments.
- Help maintain smooth workflow across functions by coordinating tasks, tracking follow-ups, and supporting process efficiency.
