Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Proficient in computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
– Previous experience in customer support or front desk operations is preferred
– Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Previous experience in a healthcare specialized practice preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering Phones: Manage incoming calls, providing a warm and professional first point of contact for our practice.
- Email Management: Efficiently handle and respond to emails, ensuring timely communication with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and assist in resolving any insurance-related inquiries.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments for both clients and practitioners, optimizing the scheduling process for maximum efficiency.
- Patient Referrals: Facilitate and manage patient referrals, ensuring seamless communication between referring providers and our practice
