Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience working independently in a remote setting is preferred.
  • Legal or insurance industry experience and knowledge of CAMeo software is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain accurate records within the designated software system.
  • Manage and navigate third-party portals efficiently.
  • Review and approve details and documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • File and manage Medicare-related documentation and records.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information and documentation.
