RESPONSIBILITIES
Calendar & Scheduling
● Schedule podcast recordings and meetings
● Send calendar invites with proper links
● Manage reschedules and confirmations Inbox & Communication Support
● Help monitor and organize email inbox
● Respond to or draft replies for basic inquiries
● Follow up with guests, vendors, or partners as needed File & Content Organization
● Organize Google Drive folders (podcast episodes, assets, documents)
● Maintain consistent naming and structure
● Upload and organize podcast files after recording Task & Project Management
● Update task boards
● Track deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
● Help keep the content calendar up to date Content Support
● Schedule social media posts (FB, IG, LinkedIn)
● Post teaser and launch content based on provided captions
● Assist with uploading podcast episodes to platforms if needed General Admin Tasks
● Create and manage forms (applications, giveaways, etc.)
● Assist with simple automations or data entry
● Help document processes (SOPs) Ideal Candidate
