REQUIREMENTS
- Proven office management or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)
- Experience with handling high-volume emails (some calls) with professionalism
- Previous customer service experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills and time management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as note taker on sales calls.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, CRM updating, proofreading, and management skills to maintain accurate records and streamline office processes
- Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing friendly assistance and resolving issues efficiently
- Support bookkeeping tasks using Freshbooks and Typeforms or similar accounting software to assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping
- Assist with our Account Excuitve and support tasks as needed
