REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail (you probably color-code your to-do list)
- Great communicator who can handle multiple moving pieces without breaking a sweat
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while still loving being part of a team
- Experience in advertising or marketing support, billing, or franchise operations is a big plus
- Can keep confidential information confidential. You will be “in the know” about a lot of our franchisor operations and this must remain private. This is a non-negotiable for us.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and adjust advertising campaigns to keep them performing at their best (no “set it and forget it” here!)
- Handle billing and invoicing for our franchisees (making sure everyone stays happy and paid up)
- Schedule onboarding and training calendars for new franchisees
- Coordinate with our franchisor to align schedules and priorities
- Serve as the main point of contact with our advertising agency to resolve campaign issues and share performance updates
- Support general administrative tasks as needed to keep our team operating efficiently
