Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 3 -5 + Years (Steel Fabrication / Construction / Manufacturing Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration in a Steel fabrication company.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures, licenses, visas, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage administrative teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across various departments.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Manage budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate teamwork and project completion.
