Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 3 -5 + Years (Steel Fabrication / Construction / Manufacturing Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration in a Steel fabrication company.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of UAE government procedures, licenses, visas, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and manage administrative teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity across various departments.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
  • Manage budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate communication between departments to facilitate teamwork and project completion.
