REQUIREMENTS
– Previous administrative or front desk experience preferred
– Healthcare or mental health experience is a plus
– Strong communication and customer service skills
– Highly organized with attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and work independently
– Comfortable with technology and electronic systems
– Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally
– Schedule and confirm appointments
– Support front office and administrative workflows
– Assist with patient communication and documentation
– Help maintain organized records and administrative systems
– Collaborate with providers, leadership, and support staff
– Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards at all times
– Provide general office support as needed
