Admin – Customer Service
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles, preferably within trading or food manufacturing industries.
– Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
– Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
– Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding support.
– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
– High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is advantageous.
– Residency or legal eligibility to work in the UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
– Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of products.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback using our CRM system.
– Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing documentation related to customer service operations.
– Assist in the preparation and processing of orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
– Implement customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience.
– Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure product availability.
– Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate issues to management when necessary.
– Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in administrative and customer service processes.
