REQUIREMENTS

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience is helpful.

· Comfortable working remotely and using technology.

· Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.

· Life & Health license preferred or willingness to obtain one.

RESPONSIBILITES

· Connect with individuals who requested insurance information.

· Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom.

· Educate clients on coverage options and answer questions.

· Recommend solutions based on client needs and goals.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activities.

· Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience.

· Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.

· Stay current with licensing and compliance requirements.
