Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of SaaS or enterprise technology sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated experience selling AI or advanced technology solutions to governments in the Middle East.
- Deep understanding of regional public procurement, tendering, and vendor-registration processes.
- Strong knowledge of regional government requirements, including data sovereignty, residency, cloud, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships from technical evaluators to ministerial leadership.
Preferred
- Professional proficiency in Arabic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of government and public-sector accounts across the Middle East, including ministries and national AI initiatives.
- Own complex government engagements end-to-end, navigating public procurement cycles, tenders, RFPs, and multi-stakeholder approvals.
- Identify new business opportunities where national digital-transformation and AI strategies intersect with voice AI technology.
- Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close sales while acting as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance and localization.
- Track KPI and sales performance, providing regular updates to our client’s wider team.
