REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation and repair, showcasing a proven track record.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, emphasizing responsibility and safety on the road.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics to facilitate effective repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, enabling quick and efficient diagnosis of system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair of air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Diagnose issues in HVAC systems using specialized tools and adjust components as necessary to enhance efficiency.
• Perform installations of new air conditioning systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance work to track performance and customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls, providing quick and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients.
• Educate clients on proper use and maintenance of their HVAC systems to enhance user experience and system longevity.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices in HVAC technology.
• Keep the vehicle and equipment in good condition, ensuring all tools are accounted for and properly maintained.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and safety guidelines to maintain high-quality service.
