REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, reading blueprints, and interpreting schematics for repair purposes.
Physical Stamina: Cladding work can be physically demanding, requiring the ability to work at heights, lift heavy materials, and perform tasks in various weather conditions.
Safety Awareness: A strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to work safely at heights is essential.
Construction Sites: Work is conducted on construction sites, which can be outdoors and subject to varying weather conditions.
Heights: May be required to work on scaffolding or other elevated platforms, requiring caution and strict adherence to safety protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Installation: Installing new HVAC equipment including VRF units, DX units, Chilled Water FCUs, AHUs, and FAHUs, including connecting electrical, water, and fuel sources, and ensuring proper integration with VFD panels and BMS systems.
Maintenance: Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment, such as cleaning components, inspecting for wear, and replacing filters.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and repairing issues with HVAC equipment, including refrigeration circuits, compressors, evaporators, condensers, and other system components.
System Performance Testing: Conducting tests to ensure equipment is operating at peak efficiency and making adjustments as needed.
Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and system performance.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and procedures, including handling refrigerants and working with electrical systems.
Communication: Communicating with clients and reporting to the company regarding project progress and any potential issues.
