REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in 3ds Max, Corona or V-ray Renderer, and Revit
• Strong portfolio of modern and classical interiors
• Skilled in rendering in various frames (wide, detail, mood shots, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of high-end furniture brands, interior doors, wardrobes and materials.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Translate 2D layouts, mood boards, and material palettes into photorealistic 3D visualisations for client presentations and internal design reviews.
• Prepare and update furniture layouts, joinery details, ceiling designs, flooring patterns, and lighting schemes in coordination with the design and MEP teams.
• Select and apply accurate materials, finishes, textures, and lighting to renders to represent luxury finishes (marble, veneer, brass, fabric, stone) true to specification.
• Liaise with Design Managers and Project Managers to ensure 3D outputs align with approved budgets, material schedules, and site conditions.
• Support production of presentation boards, client proposal decks, and design books for villa handover and approval stages.
• Coordinate with site teams and procurement to verify that design intent is buildable and consistent with supplier specifications and lead times.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions promptly, maintaining version control of design files and drawings.
• Conduct periodic site visits to villa projects to verify design accuracy against on-site progress and finishes.
• Maintain an organised library of textures, materials, furniture blocks, and reference imagery to support design efficiency across projects.
