Operations Officer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of operations experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payments preferred
• Proficiency with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
  

Bonus Points

• Experience with payment operations
• Project management certification
• Knowledge of mobile money operations in Ghana

RESPONSIBILITES

• Monitor and optimise operational processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
• Analyse operational data to drive continuous improvement
• Manage relationships with key service providers and partners
• Develop and document internal processes and SOPs
