BD Manager, Institutional Payments

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX
• An existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs
• Comfortable selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers, treasury teams, CFOs, heads of payments
• Organised, self-directed, and happy working without a large support structure around you

RESPONSIBILITES

• Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments
• Manage the full BD cycle, outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, onboarding handoff
• Represent our client at industry events and build profile in target segments
• Work with internal teams to translate client needs into product and corridor priorities
• Maintain a clean pipeline and report directly to senior leadership
