Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting and reporting, with a strong emphasis on RTR processes.
• Proven track record in managing complex accounting operations within a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Deep understanding of IFRS or US GAAP, with the ability to apply these principles accurately to financial reporting.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay (PTP) and order-to-record (R2R) cycles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
• Manage the general ledger (GL) function, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the RTR function, leveraging technology and process optimization to enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant financial regulations, mitigating risks and safeguarding assets.
