Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Microsoft Excel skills, including experience working with formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and trend analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, uncover opportunities, and recommend practical solutions that drive business results.
  • Experience creating presentations and communicating findings to leadership and stakeholder groups through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and complex information into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while balancing operational, financial, and strategic objectives.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with vendor governance, contract management, third-party risk management, or supplier performance oversight.
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, scorecards, or executive presentations to support business decision-making.
  • Familiarity with data visualization, business intelligence, budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, or process automation tools.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Serve as the primary liaison to ensure alignment, clear expectations, accountability, and successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business needs related to vendor-supported systems, services, and processes. Partner with stakeholders to evaluate requests, define requirements, and support initiatives that improve operational effectiveness.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports using Excel and reporting tools to support operational performance, vendor governance activities, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support departmental budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and vendor expense management through data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
  • Develop presentations and executive-ready materials that communicate business performance, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, and service level expectations. Support vendor governance activities, contract lifecycle management, and implementation efforts while identifying opportunities for improvement.
