AV Product Purchaser & Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of experience in AV procurement / pre-sales.
• Strong AV product and technical knowledge.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, and MS Excel skills.
• Ability to prepare BOQ/BOM and technical quotations.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Source and purchase AV products from suppliers and distributors.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate, and follow up on deliveries.
• Prepare BOQ, BOM, quotations, technical submittals, and compliance sheets.
• Select AV products based on project requirements and budget.
• Support sales teams with technical proposals and customer presentations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Knowledge of AV brands, 70V/100V audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, displays, projectors, microphones, DSP, video conferencing, and AV accessories.
