REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in logistics management within the UAE construction industry, with extensive knowledge of construction site logistics, material movement, and operational planning.
• Certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable to enhance leadership credibility.
• Proven experience with logistics software, including ERP systems and inventory management tools, to streamline operations effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Develop and implement comprehensive logistics plans that ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites while minimizing costs.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and site managers, to streamline supply chain processes and enhance communication.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of construction materials while preventing overstock or wastage.
• Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments in real-time, providing updates and resolving any delays promptly.
