L2 Support Engineer (GitOps)

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in companies with 100+ employees
• Basic knowledge of MS Windows Server and MS Active Directory
• Basic Linux experience including system, reverse proxy, and cert management
• Scripting skills in Python or PowerShell for daily automation and API integration
• Docker management and understanding of containerization
• Proficiency with GIT
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for infrastructure automation and troubleshooting
• Experience with prompt engineering to improve operational efficiency
• English level B1+ and strong command of Russian

Preferred

• Higher technical education
• Experience with additional programming languages
• Focus on Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approach
• Experience with software configuration management solutions like Ansible or Terraform

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creation, configuration and implementation of different kind of automations
• R&D and implementation of new services
• Maintenance of technical documentation in the Knowledge Base
