Application Support Engineer

Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

• A “support nature” mentality with a drive to investigate deep root causes and ensure system stability
• Proven experience in application support roles
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between end-users and engineering teams
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
• Programming knowledge in Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang

Preferred

• Technical depth in Blockchain/Web3 with experience writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM
• Practical experience with staking across various blockchains

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure
• Oversee pre-production and staging environments to ensure seamless delivery
• Lead incident triage, conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA), and manage post-resolution follow-ups
• Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and continuous improvement of monitoring tools
• Utilize AI/LLMs to build tools and agents that automate repetitive support tasks, triage, and reporting
• Research and deconstruct new blockchains and DApps to evaluate their impact on product supportability
