Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in business, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or receptionist roles (education/training sector experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools; experience with sales software is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Telesales Duties:
  • Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries to promote and sell training courses, achieving monthly enrollment targets.
  • Qualify prospects, conduct needs assessments, and close sales deals via phone, email, or in-person consultations.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and conversions to support marketing efforts.
  • Achieve the Monthly Sales Target.
  • Receptionist Duties:
  • Greet walk-in clients, answer incoming calls, and provide general information about courses, schedules, and enrollment processes.
  • Schedule appointments, manage the reception area, and handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing enrollment documents.
  • Collaborate with the sales and Training teams to resolve client queries and contribute to overall center operations.
