REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client-related tasks
  • Strong attention to detail when updating records, notes, and client information
  • Interest in client success, account management, sales support, and business development
  • Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and solve problems professionally
  • Basic familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based, results-driven environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and help provide professional, timely support throughout the client relationship
  • Assist with client onboarding, follow-up, and ongoing communication
  • Maintain accurate client records, notes, updates, and activity inside the company CRM
  • Support account management by helping track client needs, project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Communicate with internal team members to ensure client requests and expectations are properly understood
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships
  • Assist with basic reporting, client updates, and performance tracking when needed
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and service-focused approach when communicating with clients and team members
