Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple client-related tasks
- Strong attention to detail when updating records, notes, and client information
- Interest in client success, account management, sales support, and business development
- Ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and solve problems professionally
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, results-driven environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and help provide professional, timely support throughout the client relationship
- Assist with client onboarding, follow-up, and ongoing communication
- Maintain accurate client records, notes, updates, and activity inside the company CRM
- Support account management by helping track client needs, project progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure client requests and expectations are properly understood
- Help identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen long-term relationships
- Assist with basic reporting, client updates, and performance tracking when needed
- Maintain a professional, organized, and service-focused approach when communicating with clients and team members
