Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with high initiative.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to confidently obtain timely responses from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word).
- Experience with bid coordination, proposal administration, purchasing, project coordination, sales support, or administrative support preferred.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate customer bid opportunities from start to finish.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Work closely with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Quality.
- Follow up confidently with suppliers and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Prepare proposal packages and supporting documentation.
- Track proposal deadlines and maintain bid schedules.
- Help improve proposal processes and templates.
- Ensure every proposal is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
