RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and online communication channels
  • Understand customer flooring needs and recommend appropriate service solutions
  • Explain flooring options, installation processes, and available services
  • Coordinate service requests with scheduling and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Collaborate with installation teams to provide accurate project information
  • Assist customers throughout the service process with professionalism and empathy
  • Stay informed about company services, promotions, and product offerings
  • Meet customer service quality and response time standards
