Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enter data from various sources into designated systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Organize and manage files and records to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data projects.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and workflows.
