Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • A communicator with genuine warmth who can put candidates at ease from the first interaction.
  • Exceptionally organized with sharp attention to detail, you spot errors before they become problems.
  • Dependable and self-sufficient, you deliver without needing to be followed up with.
  • Sound judgment with the confidence to know when something needs escalating.
  • Composed under pressure with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift.
  • Availability for 30–40 hours per week.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Background in recruiting, customer success, or client-facing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS or similar hiring tools.
  • Prior exposure to startup or high-growth work environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Run brief, structured screening calls and candidate information sessions.
  • Capture thorough notes and complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner.
  • Apply established scripts and workflows to maintain consistency and fairness across candidates.
  • Own your scheduling and weekly priorities to ensure the pipeline stays on track.
  • Surface edge cases and non-standard situations to senior hiring staff.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support seamless candidate transitions.
