Field Marketing Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking technology.
- Proven success in partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of field marketing, demand generation, and integrated campaign management.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management and pipeline reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and business impact.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred
- Experience in financial services technology or enterprise software.
- Background in managing multi-channel campaigns across global markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Sales to develop and execute field marketing programs that generate qualified pipeline and contribute to revenue goals.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, events, webinars, social media, and paid digital channels.
- Lead the planning and execution of industry conferences, executive roundtables, and partner events.
- Develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives focused on strategic target accounts and priority banking prospects.
- Manage campaign tracking, lead management processes, and reporting within Salesforce.
- Monitor key metrics including lead conversion, pipeline contribution, and event ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and go-to-market priorities.
