Short-Term Rental Guest Experiences Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in property management or short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, STR preferred)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and hosts
• Background in property management or hospitality
• Ability to manage multiple reservations and situations simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM (Hubspot), Rental Management software (Tenant Cloud)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage military guest stays from Initial contact to checkout.
• Communicate with property hosts and clients via phone, email, and messaging
• Coordinate with virtual assistants to ensure smooth operations
• Resolve guest or host issues quickly and professionally
• Provide a high level of customer service to military members and hosts
