Short-Term Rental Guest Experiences Manager
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in property management or short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, STR preferred)
- Comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and hosts
- Background in property management or hospitality
- Ability to manage multiple reservations and situations simultaneously
- Experience working with CRM (Hubspot), Rental Management software (Tenant Cloud)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage military guest stays from Initial contact to checkout.
- Communicate with property hosts and clients via phone, email, and messaging
- Coordinate with virtual assistants to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve guest or host issues quickly and professionally
- Provide a high level of customer service to military members and hosts
