Remote Intake Specialist
Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience in intake role, customer service, or sales. Prior law firm experience is a plus but not required.
- Extremely comfortable answering calls and speaking with clients and encouraging them to retain the attorney.
- Independent, initiative-taker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness, along with attention to detail.
- Stable, high-speed Internet connection in your chosen place of work.
- Excellent quality computer for your own dedicated use, and good computer skills.
- Working hours are flexible but candidates must be available for work within the hours of Mon-Fri 6AM – 6PM Pacific.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer calls and respond to e-mails from potential clients to schedule an initial consultation with an attorney.
- Observe consultations with attorney and potential clients to prepare retainer, invoice, and assist clients through the retaining and payment process.
- Communicating with clients and lawyers by phone and video conference to provide updates on case statuses or answer questions about procedure.
- Facilitate a professional introduction and transition to the legal team once the case has begun.
- Update CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner.
