Job Description
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center operations, e-commerce support, or administrative services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Preferred
- Experience in retail, home services, e-commerce, or customer support environments.
- Experience with CRM or customer service software.
- Scheduling or order management experience.
- Previous remote work experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with product, order, and account-related questions.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding services and company offerings.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
Order & Service Assistance
- Monitor customer orders and provide status updates.
- Assist with delivery, service, and scheduling inquiries.
- Coordinate communication regarding service requests and appointments.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed.
Client Experience
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints.
- Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Enter and update information within company systems.
- Prepare reports and track customer interactions.
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.
