Job Description

REQUIREMENTS

  • Customer service skills with strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Experience with office management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient call handling
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail for proofreading, filing, and administrative support
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks
  • Previous office experience or clerical background is preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading of documents
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and organization of files
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to support daily operations
  • Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and supporting bookkeeping activities
